All of our cookie stamps are custom-made to order. You can choose from our selection of pre-designed stamps or request a fully customized design. Please ensure that your custom design instructions are clear and complete at the time of order to avoid any delays.

Our cookie stamps are made from food-safe PLA plastic, which is durable, easy to clean, and ideal for baking applications. For your safety, all materials used in our products are BPA-free.

Ordering Process

Order Confirmation 

​

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you have provided custom design instructions, our design team will review them and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Design Approval

​

For custom orders, we will send you a proof of the design within 2-3 business days. Production will begin only after we receive your written approval. If you do not respond to the proof within 5 business days, we will proceed with the default design or cancel the order at your request.

Lead Time

​

Custom 3D-printed cookie stamps generally take 2 to 4 business days to produce and ship, depending on order volume and complexity. Please allow additional time for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom Orders

 Due to the nature of custom designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom orders unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.

Change of Mind

​

 If you change your mind about a non-custom order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production will have begun, and cancellations will not be possible. However, we do accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, the item must be

unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
